4. Sales and Returns

• All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of bait and animal attractants, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged upon delivery or pickup.

• If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo documentation so we can resolve the issue.

5. Pickup & Delivery Policy

• Pickup and delivery services are provided by appointment only.

• Customers must arrive on time for pickup appointments. Missed appointments may result in rescheduling fees or forfeiture of the order.

• Delivery is only available to select regions and must be arranged in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

BackWoods Bear Bait shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, property damage, or wildlife incidents arising from the use of our products.

• Any penalties or legal consequences resulting from illegal baiting or hunting practices.

• Any delay, disruption, or failure in service due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply shortages, transportation delays).

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
